XXXV All India G V Mavlankar Shooting Championship 2026 in Pistol events
The XXXV All India G. V. Mavlankar Shooting Championship 2026 in Pistol events will be held at Trishul Shooting Range, Maharana Pratap Sports College, Raipur, Dehradun, Uttarakhand from 23rd October to 1st November, 2026. This Championship will be conducted by U.P. State Rifle Association under the aegis of the National Rifle Association of India and as per rules and regulations under NRAI Match Book.
Rules & Regulations
Conducted under NRAI Match Book rules and regulations. Shooters must adhere to ISSF dress code and regulations. Only 3 athletes allowed to use a common weapon. Minimum Qualifying Scores (MQS) apply as per NRAI Match Book rules. Violation of code of conduct may lead to cancellation of entry.
Eligibility Criteria
Athletes who achieved minimum qualifying scores (MQS) as per Rule 1.4 of NRAI Match Book in previous AIGVMSC, Zonal, or State Championships. Age categories determined as of 31st December 2026. Athletes below 12 years are not allowed to participate in firearm matches, and below 10 years not allowed in air weapon events. Shooter ID from NRAI required.
Awards & Prizes
Medals awarded in individual categories: 4 Athletes - 3 Medals, 3 Athletes - 2 Medals, 2 Athletes - 1 Medal, 1 Athlete - no Medal. Medals/Badges not awarded if score is less than qualifying marks (exemptions apply to Deaf, Para, Senior Masters, Super Masters). Para athletes achieving MQS notified as 'Renowned athlete' eligible for import permits.

Oct 23 to Nov 01, 2026: 10M Air Pistol NR (Training/Competition continuously). Oct 23-25: 25M Sport Pistol NR (Training/Competition). Oct 26-28: 25M Standard Pistol NR & 50M Pistol NR. Oct 29-31: 25M CFP NR.

10M Pistol & Para 10M Pistol: Rs. 950/- + 18% GST = Rs. 1121/- per match. 25M CFP, 25M Pistol, 25M Standard Pistol, 50M Pistol & Para 25M/50M: Rs. 675/- + 18% GST = Rs. 797/- per match. Normal fee deadline: 7th October 2026 till 7:30 PM. Triple fee deadline: 8th October 2026 till 7:30 PM.
